Torzon operates on a "Trustless" model, but human reputation remains the cornerstone of darknet commerce. Our vendor ecosystem is designed to filter out casual scammers and low-effort dropshippers. Unlike Telegram channels or unverified shops, every seller on Torzon has a financial stake in their reputation via the Vendor Bond.
We employ a dynamic reputation algorithm that calculates a vendor's "Trust Level" based on successful sales, dispute ratios, shipping times, and recency of activity. Buying from a verified Torzon vendor ensures you are dealing with a professional who values their account longevity more than a quick exit scam.

Vendor Bond & Verification
The Vendor Bond is our primary defense against sybil attacks and burner accounts. To open a shop on Torzon, a user must deposit a non-refundable fee of $500 USD (payable in BTC or XMR). This creates a barrier to entry that deters law enforcement data scraping bots and low-level scammers.
Bond Waiver Program: We recognize reputation built on other markets. Vendors with established profiles on recognized platforms (Archetyp, ASAP, Abacus, Nemesis) can apply for a waiver. This requires PGP verification of your identity on the external market.

Stealth Shipping Standards
A Torzon vendor's job is not finished until the package is safely in your hands. We enforce the strictest "Stealth Shipping" protocols in the darknet industry.
Every physical order must adhere to the Triple-Layer Defense:
- Visual Camouflage: The package must look like normal business mail (Amazon, eBay, letters). No handwritten addresses. Professional labels only.
- Scent Proofing: All organic goods must be double vacuum-sealed in MBB (Moisture Barrier Bags) to defeat K9 units and electronic sniffers.
- Decoy Content: The item must be hidden inside a legitimate object (e.g., inside a DVD case, game box, or promotional document).
Prohibited Items & Market Rules
Torzon is a free market, but we have moral and safety boundaries. We strictly ban the sale of items that cause harm to innocents or attract excessive heat from federal agencies.
- Fentanyl and Carfentanil (Immediate Ban).
- Weapons, Explosives, or Poisons.
- Child Exploitation Material (CP) - Reported to Authorities.
- Hitman Services or Violent Acts.
- Tutorials on how to make explosives/weapons.
Any vendor found listing these items under false names (e.g., selling Fentanyl as "China White Heroin") will be permanently banned and their bond confiscated and donated to harm reduction charities.
Finalize Early (FE) Rights
Finalize Early (FE) is a mechanism where funds are released to the vendor immediately upon marking the order as shipped, bypassing the Escrow hold.
For Buyers: FE is high risk. You have zero protection if the vendor exits or selectively scams you. Never FE for a vendor unless they have Level 10 status and hundreds of recent positive reviews.
For Vendors: FE is a privilege, not a right. It is granted only to vendors who have proven their stability over 6+ months of operation with less than a 1% dispute rate.
Dispute Resolution Process
If an order does not arrive, or the product is poor quality, the Torzon Dispute System is your safety net.
- Open Dispute: You can open a dispute once the auto-finalize timer turns red (usually 24 hours before finalization).
- Vendor Communication: You and the vendor have 72 hours to resolve the issue privately.
- Admin Mediation: If no resolution is reached, a Torzon Moderator will join the chat. You must provide proof (photos of packaging, lack of tracking movement).
